Is the Card Pack legit and fair?

Yes. Every open is provably fair — the result is committed before you open, so it can't be changed afterward, and you can verify it yourself. During the current beta TroveDrops is free to play: you open boxes with virtual coins, drops stay in your collection or can be traded in for more coins, and nothing ships or pays out.
