How do I open a box?

Sign in, add some credit, pick any box and hit Open. The reel spins and lands on your item — keep it in your inventory, ship it, or sell it back to credit instantly.

How does credit work?

TroveDrops runs on site credit. Top up from your account, open boxes with credit, and the value of anything you win is added back to your credit balance when you sell it.

How do I withdraw or cash out?

Open your profile and use the withdraw form. Requests are reviewed by our team; you can follow the status under Withdrawals in your account at any time.

Will my item ship to me?

Yes — choose Ship on any item you win and it stays in your inventory for fulfilment. You can also sell it back to credit if you would rather keep playing.

Are the boxes provably fair?

Every spin is sealed with a hashed server seed before you open, combined with your client seed and a nonce. After opening you can reveal the seed and re-compute the exact result — outcomes can never be changed after the fact.

How do I set limits or take a break?

Open your profile and use the Responsible play tools to set a cool-off or self-exclude for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or permanently. While active, deposits and box opens are blocked.
