To keep the platform safe and meet our obligations, TroveDrops operates anti-money-laundering (AML) controls and may verify your identity.

When we verify

We may ask you to confirm your identity before shipping physical items, processing a withdrawal, or where activity requires review.

What we may ask for

A government-issued photo ID, and where needed proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).

Why

To confirm you are 18+, prevent fraud and money laundering, and ensure prizes reach the right person. Documents are handled per our Privacy Policy.
