Because every open is provably fair and the outcome is committed before you spin, completed opens are final and cannot be reversed or refunded.
Site credit
Site credit has no cash value and is non-transferable. Promotional or bonus credit may carry conditions shown when granted.
Shipped items
If a physical item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or credit. Do not discard damaged packaging until your claim is resolved.
