Won a physical item? You can have the real thing delivered to your door — free of charge for the item itself.

How to request shipping

Go to My profile → Inventory, find the item, and press Ship. Enter your delivery address and submit. You can track the request's status in the same place.

Processing & delivery

Our team reviews each request, then dispatches. Delivery times depend on the item and your location — generally a few business days for in-stock items, longer for high-value or made-to-order goods. A tracking number is added once your parcel ships.

For higher-value items we may ask you to verify your identity before dispatch — see AML & verification.

Prefer not to ship?

You can always Cash back an item to site credit, or Withdraw its value instead.
