Gem Pack Vol 7: Misty’s Psyduck Releases in China
Pokémon Gem Pack Vol. 7 launches in China on November 6, 2026, with a new Misty’s Psyduck Illustration Rare. Here are the prices, the 196-card set, and what collectors should know.
What is “Gem Pack Vol 7” and when does it release in China featuring Misty’s Psyduck?
Pokémon Gem Pack Vol. 7 is a Simplified Chinese TCG set launching November 6, 2026, at ¥10 per four-card pack. Its headline card is a new Misty’s Psyduck Illustration Rare showing Psyduck on a beach chair with a beach ball. The set spans 28 Pokémon across 196 all-holo cards, with 18-pack booster boxes holding 72 cards.
What is inside Gem Pack Vol. 7, and how is the set structured?
Gem Pack Vol. 7 uses a tight, completion-focused structure. Collectors chase 28 Pokémon, and each Pokémon is represented by seven numbered all-holo cards, which produces a reported 196-card total.
- Pack: 4 cards for ¥10.
- Booster box: 18 packs, or 72 cards.
- Accessory: a Psyduck-themed card binder for ¥15.
Because every card is holo and numbered within a set of seven per Pokémon, finishing a full run means tracking exact card numbers rather than hunting a single chase card.
Why is the Misty’s Psyduck card trending?
The release combines three things collectors react to at once: a regional Pokémon product, an anime-linked Trainer card featuring Misty, and a highly recognizable Psyduck design. The Illustration Rare art, Psyduck lounging on a beach chair with a beach ball, is the kind of character-driven card that travels well on social feeds.
It is expected to stay exclusive to the Simplified Chinese release, so demand outside China tends to come through import and secondary markets. Misty has been a recurring anime and TCG figure since the 1990s; you can read background on her companion Pokémon via Wikipedia’s Psyduck entry.
How can mystery-box buyers chase cards like this transparently?
Regional exclusives and sealed boxes carry real pricing uncertainty, so the useful question is whether the odds are published and verifiable before you spend. On TroveDrops, our Card Pack box lists every possible item and its stated probability up front, and you can browse all boxes and their odds side by side.
Every result is drawn through a provably-fair system you can check yourself. See how the seed and hash verification works on our provably-fair page, then decide with the numbers in front of you.
Should you buy sealed Gem Pack Vol. 7 or chase single cards?
It depends on your goal. If you want the full 196-card set, sealed booster boxes (18 packs, 72 cards) give volume but no guarantee of completion, since duplicates are likely across numbered holos. If you only want the Misty’s Psyduck Illustration Rare, buying the single on a secondary market is usually more predictable than opening sealed product.
Whichever route you take, compare the real cost per card against the ¥10 pack price before committing, and favor sources that show odds or recent sold prices rather than vague estimates.
